  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Do you do commercial assembly & installation projects?
    Yes, we do new construction and retrofits for commercial operations such as schools, hotels, gyms, offices, retail, medical spaces, and many more across the Southeast and Montana.
  • Do you do residential assembly & installation projects?
    Yes, we work with homeowners, realtors, short term rental companies, AirBnB, and interior designers on residential projects in Charleston, SC , Nashville, TN, and Bozeman, MT.
  • I don't see my industry listed, can you help us?
    Absolutely, if it comes in a box with 100 different pieces “we’ve got you covered.”
  • Is your team background checked?
    Yes, all of our team is background checked and are US citizens.
  • Is your team uniformed?
    Yes, we wear white vests so you can easily spot us. No shorts or holes in our jeans!
  • Are you insured?
    Yes, we are licensed and insured.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    For residential jobs we accept all major credit and debit cards. Sorry, no cash or checks. For commercial jobs we accept all major credit and debit cards with a 3.5% fee, ACH transfer, PayPal, and mailed checks.
  • Do you accept tips?
    Tips are appreciated but never expected.
  • What are your payment terms?
    Residential jobs are due upon completion of service and can be paid with credit/debit cards. Commercial jobs have flexible payment terms depending on relationship and project size.
  • Can my company be added to your COI?
    Yes, please let us know if there is any specific operating nomenclature that needs to be included.
  • How fast will I get my quote back?
    Within 8 business hours.
  • How far out should I book?
    Let us know about your project as soon as possible. We will get you a quote and when you are ready to schedule or have a rough idea, let us know. We will try to accommodate last minute jobs but can’t make any promises.
  • Do you take a deposit?
    For residential jobs we require a $40 non-refundable deposit to secure your spot on our schedule. This card can be used for check out as well. Commercial jobs do not require a deposit unless there is warehousing/storage needed.
  • Do you have a warehouse?
    We have a warehouse in Charleston, SC with loading bays and a drive up ramp.
  • How far will you travel?
    Up to 1 hr away from any of our locations.
